KANYE WEST, the infamously self-assured singer who stated to The Associated Press last month that he “will go down as the voice of this generation,” is apparently far more humble when it comes to fashion. In the hope of better understanding the design process, Mr. West has announced that he wants to take time off from his music career and intern at a fashion house. I like the Swarovski stones on the chest. Shit is crazy son. But the colours are not my thing just to much. Just a little bit.

Jake Davis points us at a great denim jacket with leather buckle from Pure Blue Japan. The denim is 11oz one was Japanese selvedge and features classic white stitching around the seams. We can only assume that the leather buckle on the neck is to keep dirt and coal dust from flying into your gear.
