Triumvir x Dalek x Internal Affairs
Published: July 31st, 2008 by 7t7Continuing this year’s collaboration efforts, Triumvir is teaming up with the legendary graffiti artist, Dalek and hardcore band Internal Affairs for two limited style t-shirts along with the release of IA’s limited vinyl (500 pcs). Having learnt his trade from Takashi Murakami in the earlier part of the century, Dalek has developed into a fine artist on his own right with an extravagant resume. One of his most famous pieces, the Space Monkey, was born out of graffiti, but quickly transcended the genre into paintings, toys, silk-screens and house wares.

This time, Dalek joins a threeway with independent lifestyle brand (and Orange County mini-moguls), Triumvir and hardcore band Internal Affairs. The collab produced two limited edition t-shirts (each in black and white) in conjunction with the release of the band’s limited vinyl. Dalek also did the cover art for the album, which is limited to 500 pieces. The shirts drop this month from Triumvir.
